50 Nations All-Day Dining

Named after the crew of 50 nationalities that once served aboard the ship during her sailing days, 50 Nations All-Day Dining reflects a tradition of bringing people together through food. The restaurant offers a relaxed yet refined dining experience throughout the day, featuring a diverse menu of Indonesian favourites, regional Asian specialties, Western classics and trendy brunch offerings. Whether for a leisurely breakfast, a casual lunch or a family dinner, guests can enjoy comforting flavours, attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere inspired by the ship’s truly international heritage.

Arisettafel Indo-Dutch Heritage Cuisine

Experience the rich culinary traditions of Indonesia through our signature Rijsttafel dining experience. Accompanied by the soothing melodies of traditional Keroncong music, guests can enjoy a 10-course set menu showcasing a variety of Indonesian dishes, from savoury specialities to sweet treats, served in a comfortable semi-fine dining setting inspired by the Indo-Dutch dining culture of the past. To truly embrace and immerse yourself in the experience, traditional tanjaks (male headdress) and selendangs (female shawls) are available to add a cultural touch and memorable photo opportunity to the evening. Far Niente Poolside Bar

Located beside our infinity pool, Phos Poolside Bar is the perfect place to cool off during the day or unwind as the sun sets over the horizon. Guests can enjoy a selection of refreshing beverages, cocktails, mocktails and light bites in a relaxed outdoor setting overlooking the sea. A popular favourite is our Sunset Watch Set, featuring mocktails and canapés served in a floating basket, best enjoyed while you relax with your feet in the shallow waters of the pool. As day turns to evening, Phos Poolside Bar offers a laid-back atmosphere for enjoying good company, beautiful views and the gentle sea breeze.
